Our Guarantee - Perfect 10 Photography's mission is to provide its clients with the finest service and quality memories, at competitive prices. We will beat or match any photographer's price list (please inform our studio prior to your appointment concerning this matter). Kodak's Promise of Excellence unconditionally guarantees all of our images.
Terms - Upon booking setting, clients have five (5) working days to set an appointment with the photographer to sign a contract and discuss policies, procedures, and costs. Any check returned NSF will incur a $15.00 service charge.
Studio policies - The following articles were adopted as policies of Perfect 10 Photography for organizational events.
- We accept cash or checks.
- All checks must be written to Perfect 10 Photography or Jeff Chambers.
- All proofs and prospective orders will be property of Perfect 10 Photography until correct forms are completed, and then proofs and prospective orders will be distributed. **All negatives will remain property of Perfect 10 Photography**
Delivery Policy - Perfect 10 Photography uses the finest of processing labs in the country. Please allow for the following times.
- Processing of your order usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
- The printing and completion of your finished order can be completed in typically 5 to 10 business days.
- Rush orders are available, but at an additional charge.
- Orders will be distributed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Copyright - Photographs and other materials produced by Perfect 10 Photography are granted exclusive copyright privileges under the Federal Copyright Law. Under no circumstances may any images, projects, or other materials be copied or reproduced.
